Reservation rules
Thank you for choosing the “City Hotel”!
Please note that the payroll hour in our hotel is midday. Booking confirmation is sent to your email address. You may cancel any unpaid reservation within 24 hours before the expected check-in date. You can also withdraw the amount paid for reservation upon notifying the hotel administrator within 24 hours before the check-in date by the telephone: (343)216 68 26.
We offer you the following methods of payment:
- international credit card payments (VISA, MASTERCARD, MAESTRO,AMERICAN EXPRESS, DINRES CLUB, UNION)- at check-in.
- cash payment (rubles)
- non-cash payment (rubles)
- bank transfer (for natural persons)
To make credit card payment you should:
- Fill in your credit card data into the fields specified in the blank pre-authorization form. (The cost of one day sojourn at the hotel of the category you have chosen will be blocked up until your checking-in, and in case of untimely cancellation this amount will be debited from your account according to the hotel service rules*.)
- Fill in the pre-authorization form including the amount of payment, if you want to pay the entire sum before checking in the hotel.

To make bank transfer natural persons should:
- Choose the appropriate method of payment.
- Settle the invoice within 48 hours upon the receipt of the confirmation.
Please note that bank charges a commission for the transfers.
To make bank transfer legal persons should:
- Choose the appropriate method of payment and reserve a room in the system.
- Fill in the specified form of the letter of guarantee-request and send it by fax: (343) 216 68 26
- Receive the invoice for payment.
- Settle the invoice within 48 hours upon its receipt.
Booking is considered guaranteed if:
- You have transferred money to the hotel account within 2 working days from the date of reservation or receipt of the invoice.
- Your timely check-in is guaranteed by your credit card.
- You have sent the filled-in letter of guarantee in the name of our hotel.
YOU CAN MAKE AN “UNGUARANTEED” RESERVATION *
In order to do that you should choose ‘cash payment’ as a mode of payment. The room in the system will be reserved, but we shall cancel your order at 1 p.m. on the day of check-in in case you fail to pay for the reserved room by that time.
* The hotel administration reserves the right to cancel the “unguaranteed” booking at 1 p.m. on the day of checking-in without any notification of the client.
